Clara is a character from Whirl. She tends to be very skittish and gets jumpy easily. She almost always wears her bicycle helmet as she is a bicycle enthusiast.

In "Party Supremacy", she is among the guests at First Second Church's Halloween party. She attempts playing the Pin-The-Tail-On-The-Black-Cat game, but she keeps putting the tail in the wrong spot. Clara is shown playing the game again, this time with masking tape after Ruby ordered Mimi told replace the pin with masking tape for safety reasons. This time, Clara keeps dropping the tail on the floor.
In "Offer Errings", Clara is shown playing the game once more. When she drops the tail once again, Mimi announces that everybody gets free candy and tosses it as a giveaway. Then, Clara and Monty are carrying their candy bags as they pass by a table where Victor is. Scheming to get candy from the other kids and keeping it all for himself, he calls Clara, who is so frightened she takes cover behind her bag. Victor asks her if she has an offering. Confused, she has no idea what he's talking about exactly. He clarifies that he's talking about her candy, which he says should be offered to God because that's what he demands. Falling for it and fearing what will happen if she's disobedient, she complies and flees, screaming in terror.
