Dr. Drakken (born Drew Theodore P. Lipsky) is the main villain from the Disney Channel animated series Kim Possible. He is the titular heroine's arch-nemesis. He is a mad scientist plotting world domination, although most of his schemes fail at the hands of Kim because he lacks both the patience and intelligence to perfect his ideas, which often suffer as a result of his own mistakes and oversights.
Drakken's only Halloween-related appearance was the series' Halloween episode, "October 31st".
