Eeyore is a fictional grey anthropomorphic donkey character from A. A. Milne's Winnie-the-Pooh books and their animated adaptations by The Walt Disney Company. He is kind of a sad donkey, but when Pooh and his friends bring him birthday surprise, he brings the happiness though the heart of the hundred acre wood by making him happy. Sometimes, he loses his tail when it is missing. Like many of the Pooh characters, he was also based on one of Christopher Robin Milne's stuffed animals.
