Eileen Roberts is a character from Regular Show. Unlike the other female characters Margaret and CJ, she is the only female character that appears in all the Halloween specials (expect "Terror Tales of the Park"), but she made cameos in "Terror Tales of the Park III" and "Terror Tales of the Park V".
