Emma's Mum is a character from the animated series, Jasper the Penguin. She is Emma's maternal parent.

In "Jasper Gets A Fright", Emma's Mum calls for Jasper and her daughter, Emma, who are up in the attic. The latter two are up in there after Jasper doesn't answer Emma when she calls for him and she decides to go up there to check on him. Jasper is in the attic as a test to see if there's anything in there to scare him for Halloween. When they appear, Jasper uses a Teddy bear as his Halloween costume and it seems to be alive. At the sight of that, Emma's Mum is frightened for a moment, but when it's revealed who it really is, she is relieved but glad to see who it really is as she tells him he gave her a fright.
