Filburt Turtle

Filburt Turtle is a character from the Nickelodeon animated series Rocko's Modern Life. He a neurotic, hypochondriac turtle, with Woody Allen-style glasses, who is Rocko's other best friend. Filburt lives in a trailer and earns his money by collecting cans "here and there", though in the first season he was depicted as having many different occupations. He has numerous phobias and is frequently given nausea by multiple, mundane things. Over the course of the series, Filburt developed a romantic relationship with Dr. Paula Hutchison, eventually marrying her in the show's third season and later raising four children (named Gilbert, Shelbert, Norbert, and Missy) in the fourth season.
