All his friends want Franklin to go into the Haunted House, even though Franklin's scared. Bear claims to Franklin that he will go inside the Haunted House first, but unfortunately he ends up staying home due to a cold. Franklin and his other friends later find out that the ghost they have been seeing at the Halloween party is really their schoolteacher, Mr. Owl.
