Heffer Wolfe is a character from the Nickelodeon animated series Rocko's Modern Life. He is a not-too-bright yet gluttonous anthropomorphic steer who is one of Rocko's best friends. As his family name suggests, he was raised by a family of wolves who decided not to eat him as a child and adopted him as one of their own.
