Howard (portrayed by Danny Tamberelli) is a fat boy in the live-action segments of A Magic School Bus Halloween. He always feel nervous but when Ms. Frizzle who came from Walkerville to disguise as an old peddler visits him, Katie, and Richie, he learns about the stuff of Halloween such as tarantulas. Richie usually calls him "Howie".
