Kai-Lan is the main character of the show Ni Hao, Kai-Lan. She speaks both English, and Chinese. She lives in the United States, and has a lot of fun there. She also has a grandpa, who she calls Ye-Ye, and a great aunt named Gu Nai Nai, who she went to visit in China.
Kai-Lan's only appearance in a Halloween production was the show's Halloween special episode "Ni Hao, Halloween".
Personality[]
Kai-Lan is friendly, caring, and generous. She always helps her friends whenever they need help, or whenever they feel upset. One time, she felt sad when it got very windy, and it made Ye-Ye's thank-you party get all messed up. So her friends had to help her to feel happy again. She loves dinosaurs, her friends, her grandpa and great aunt, and making silly faces.
Appearance[]
Kai-Lan has fair skin, black hair tied up in two buns with red flowers in it, and white and brown eyes with black pupils. She wears a blue sleeveless shirt with two red hearts, with a jade necklace on it. She also wears orange shorts with red stripes, and red shoes. Not only that, her hair style is also very similar to Chun-Li from the video game series Street Fighter.

- In "Rain or Shine", she revealed that she can't play twirly-whirly flyers in the rain, and that makes her sad, but she can jump in rain puddles, and that makes her happy.
