Kira Watanabe-Finster is a character from the Nickelodeon animated series Rugrats and its spin-off All Grown Up!, introduced alongside her daughter, Kimi, in the film Rugrats in Paris: The Movie. She is a very motherly Japanese woman who was introduced as a single mother (later revealed to be divorced from her first husband, Hiro Watanabe, in All Grown Up!) who was an employee of the EuroReptarland theme park. She and Chas Finster married at the end of the film, and in the first episode to air afterward, she adopted Chas' son, Chuckie, while Chas adopted Kimi, bringing their families together. She and Chas later began running a coffee shop, the Java Lava, in Rugrats' eighth season.
