Leo is a character from the Christian-oriented, animated series, Whirl. He is the older brother of Otto, Ada, and Tot. He is a scientist and an inventor. Often, he conducts scientific experiments with Gabe, who is his assistant. He has a crush on Roxie.
Appearances in Halloween Specials[]
In "Party Supremacy", he's among the guests at First Second Church's Halloween party. Ruby claims that Pastor Pete put her in charge. When Leo asks her "Of what?", she lists the party, games, and making sure the younger kids are safe. Leo oversees the Bobbing for Apples game. When Ruby comes over to check on it, she tells him to put less water in the pool as a safety precaution only for Gabe to tell him to add more for the same reason. After changes were made to all the games to make them safer, Leo has deserted his game area, leaving behind a sign that reads, "Closed: Due To Confusion", as Gabe and Ruby see after Roxie points out that no one is having a good time because of all this.
In "Offer Errings", Leo oversees the Bobbing for Apples game once again. Jax is the only contestant there and he instantly dives into the pool, wolfing down all the apples. Amazed, Leo hands him a ribbon as his prize. Then, Leo goes over to Victor, who is on top of a mountain of candy bags that he collected from other kids at the Halloween party, because he told them that's what God would want them to do (but in actuality, Victor just wants to steal all the goodies to keep for himself). Leo clears things up for the others by telling them that's not so, that the real meaning of giving comes from the heart as well as that one shouldn't tell others to give away anything simply because he or she was told to do so. Victor tries to convince the others not to listen to him, but he says not to give away their candy. When Monty asks Leo if he shouldn't give away his candy, he simply replies, "no". Monty takes back one of his bags from the bottom of the candy bag pile, causing the others to fall and Victor along with them.
