Nancy Green (née Mulligan) is a character from the Disney Channel animated series Big City Greens. She is Bill Green's ex-wife and Tilly and Cricket's mother who proudly considers herself a rebel. However, after having spent some time in prison for trying to liberate some cows from a dairy factory, she has since softened to being a responsible parent and now simply wishes to return to family life.
Nancy didn't appear in "Blood Moon", due to its events taking place before her debut episode (which, confusingly, aired before "Blood Moon"), so her only Halloween-themed appearance to date was in the series' second Halloween episode, "Squashed!"
