To escape the rain, the Stump Kids head to the library where other Creek Kids are staying. When the power goes out and kids disappear, Stacks believes that La Lloronais to blame. It turns out that the ghost is actually the substitute librarian who takes her job very seriously and has the kids promise to take good care of the library.
