Todd is a character from the animated series, The Invisible Man. He is an arrogant, college football captain. In "Halloween Express", he takes a few others along with him to the Arkham Mansion for the Halloween weekend. When he and most of the other guests are transformed into other things, much of the group have to find a way to stop a no-good ghost called The Sorcerer before he takes over downtown Magnapolis.
About Todd[]
Todd drives his company in an aero car called the VXL Turbo to the Arkham Mansion for the Halloween weekend. He asks Mary what she thinks of his ride. She says she loves it and comments on how nice it was of him to do this for them. He says he could've stayed behind to train with his college football team, but chose to spend time with them instead. As Monty complains to Gina about Todd quietly, Todd asks him what he said. Monty covers up what he really said by explaining he was just telling Gina how great it is they're all together like five, or six, fingers in a glove, counting Todd. Telling his passengers to hang on as the weekend will be the wildest, he changes the speed of the aero car and it zooms as it continues to accelerate. Arriving at the mansion, they meet Alan and his pet/sidekick monkey, Photon. Everyone enters and looks around the place. Todd tells Linda and Mary he'll protect them should there be any ghosts. Monty quietly complains to Alan about Todd getting under his skin, but Alan tells him not to let him get to him. As they all get settled, Monty suggests telling a ghost story since it isn't a Halloween spent in a haunted house without one. He asks Todd if he wants a marshmallow, but Todd passes on that, insisting he has to maintain his physique as captain of his football team and that he has the same dietician as a singer named Tabitha Greer. Deciding to take Todd down a peg or two, Alan announces he's leaving the room where they are, claiming he has to get more firewood, but what he's really up to involves a prank on Todd. Monty's ghost story is interrupted when what seems to be a real ghost enters the room. Todd and most of the others are afraid except for Linda, who thinks it's just a prankster. She removes the sheet made to look like a ghost and it's revealed underneath that it's a floating Jack-O'-Lantern, which freaks out Linda. She was right the first time about it really being a prankster, as Alan proves its him. Nobody finds the prank amusing but him.
Everyone is unaware that there actually is, in fact, a ghost known as The Sorcerer who is trying to leave another room in the mansion, but can't due to a curse preventing him from to do so. Back in the room where the guests are, Mary wants Todd to tell them his story and Monty asks if it involves soccer. Todd says he has a story, which he dedicates to the two prettiest girls at their university, Linda and Mary, who are flattered. But Todd pauses when he sees a huge shadow that he mistakes for a monster. It's shown to actually be a spider, hanging by its spinneret string from a ceiling, landing on the palm of Monty's hand as he shows him. Seeing Todd's fear of spiders, Monty takes delight in teasing him for it, throwing the arachnid onto his chest. Todd freaks out over it, desperately and frantically trying to get it off himself. Mary doesn't find it as funny as Monty does and says he can be such a fathead sometimes. When she mentions "fathead", Monty inflates like a balloon and becomes bloated. When Monty calls Todd a chicken, the latter turns into that. The others are shocked at the sight of these. Todd clucks and approaches Mary. She asks him to cluck more slowly as she doesn't understand him. Despite the proof being right in front her and after theorizing just what's going on, Gina still doubts these phenomena are possible. Mary picks up Todd and sticks him out towards Gina, asking her how she explains this. As Mary calls Gina "Little Miss Encyclopedia", that's just what Gina becomes. Soon enough, The Sorcerer reveals and introduces himself to the guests, admitting that he was the cause behind all of these due to a spell he placed on them. Leaving the others behind afterwards, they try to come up with a plan to abolish him. When they go upstairs to the mansion's library and meet him again, he tells them they should just give up as it's impossible to stop him. Alan uses one of Linda's portable vacuums to suck in and capture The Sorcerer, who begs to be released. When Alan does just that after he and the others return outside, The Sorcerer confesses that it was just a trick and he goes off to cause mayhem in downtown Magnopolis. Most of the others get back in the aero car to go there and find out how to get back The Sorcerer so that they can get back to normal. Todd and Monty stay behind at the mansion so that Monty can keep an eye on Todd, and wait where they are in case The Sorcerer returns.
After Gina is used as a decoy for what The Sorcerer thinks is the spell book he's been looking for and follows the group back to the mansion, he has Gina, and says he has to get back before realizing he's already at the mansion. But he tells the guests they'll be imprisoned as well now. Since their original plan fell through, Alan gets another idea, whispering it in Monty's ear. Monty compliments Mary's beauty, comparing it to the sun's rays. Mary literally beams, her body glows and streams of light shine from her. The light targets The Sorcerer and he is finally exterminated. The spell wears off and everyone goes back to their normal selves. As they head outside the mansion to look at the sun coming up, Todd looks at the damage to the aero car and fears that his dad will kill him when he finds out what happened to it. It turns out the aero car isn't Todd's after all.
