Thomas James Kenny is an American voice actor and comedian known for his long-running role as the title character in the SpongeBob SquarePants TV series and films he is also known as the voice of Heffer Wolf in Rocko's Modern Life, the Ice King on Adventure Time, and the Mayor and Narrator on The Powerpuff Girls.
