Victor is a main character from the Christian-oriented, animated series, Whirl. He is a mischievous prankster who loves to play practical jokes on others. But when he fails to realize that he's gone too far, he needs to be corrected before he can realize the errors of his ways. He doesn't pull pranks to be mean necessarily, he just likes having fun with them. Deep down, he's really good at heart. Out of all his friends, his closest seem to be Monty and Jax.

Appearances in Halloween Specials[]

In "Offer Errings", Victor schemes to steal Halloween candy from the other guests at his church's Halloween party. Clara and Monty are passing by when he gets their attention, frightening Clara. Victor tells Clara she has an awful lot of Halloween candy. When she asks him just what he's talking about, he tells her that all her candy should be given to God because that is what he wants. Fearing that she'll be punished if she doesn't let God have her candy bag, she submits it and runs away, terrified. Victor tells Monty the same thing and demands that he do the other same thing, but to give him his two bags of candy. Monty also submits after asking if he really wants two bags of candy. Correcting himself to cover up his real intentions, he tells Monty also that's what God desires. Later, taking on the role of a roman emperor instead of a roman soldier (that role is now given to Otto), Victor collects a pile of bags of candy from the other kids. Ada doesn't have as much candy as the others, so Victor has Otto take her away, despite her objections and pleas, saying she can get more like by going door-to-door. Leo comes over and asks Victor what he's doing. Victor asks him if he has an offering for him. Leo inquires what he's talking about and Victor says he's talking about candy being delivered and left for God. Leo tells him what he claims is false and explains that giving from the heart is what really matters and it doesn't count if it's not sincere. He tells the others they should stop giving away their candy, but Victor denies it, telling the others not to listen to "this false prophet". Leo says offerings should be given away if one truly means it rather than accepting offerings from others and keeping it for themselves. Monty pulls out one of his bags at the bottom of the candy bag pile and takes it back. This causes the bag pile to rumble and with a gulp, Victor says, "This could hurt". It collapses and it's implied he's now at the bottom with the bags lying on him, concluding with, "Yep, it did."
